As a high-tech enterprise dedicated to industrial equipment lifecycle management, predictive maintenance, online diagnostics, intelligent inspection, remote operation and maintenance, and remote monitoring services, it possesses dedicated teams including hardware sensing, AI algorithm chips, diagnostic algorithms, cloud platform software, university-industry-research collaboration, and expert manual diagnostics.

Technical support is provided by institutions including Harbin Institute of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University, and Wuhan University of Science and Technology, with collaborative university-industry initiatives facilitating practical enterprise implementation.
The company operates multiple PHM laboratories, possessing the industry's most comprehensive and advanced algorithmic models and engineering capabilities. These models are made available as cloud services, enabling enterprises to access intelligent diagnostic services via simple API calls without requiring dedicated vibration analysts. Research and development of large-scale algorithm software systems for life prediction, health assessment, maintenance decision-making, dual-optimization algorithms, and zero inventory management. Launched an integrated equipment management system and secured second place in the National Algorithm Challenge.

Established Zhongyun Xindi Company, releasing the world's first dedicated PHM AI sensing chip. Approved by the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology to lead the establishment of a provincial-level Intelligent Operations and Maintenance Innovation Center. Secured all six bid sections in Sinopec's centralized procurement tender for intelligent operations and maintenance. Recognized as a Hubei Province “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” enterprise. Achieved over 100 million yuan in revenue, once again earning the title of Wuhan Gazelle Enterprise.

Collaborated with Professor Lei Yaguo's team at Xi'an Jiaotong University to develop intelligent operation and maintenance algorithms, including 70 fault diagnosis algorithms with 96% accuracy. Developed the IEPlat-LM equipment lifecycle management system. Ranked first in algorithm evaluation accuracy for CNOOC and Dongfang Hope, securing 10 million yuan in investment (from individual investors). Designated as a Wuhan Gazelle Enterprise.

Collaborating with Professor Chu Fulei's team at Tsinghua University, we developed an intelligent operations and maintenance algorithm. Utilizing large-scale model algorithms to generate equipment diagnostic reports, we created the IEPlat-OS intelligent operations and maintenance operating system. This system integrates with platform software from multiple large corporations to enable intelligent equipment diagnostics.

Collaborating with Professor Liu Zhenxing's team at Wuhan University of Science and Technology, we developed intelligent operation and maintenance algorithms, created 30 fault diagnosis models, achieved a fault diagnosis accuracy exceeding 50%, and deployed the system across over 10,000 online devices.

The first intelligent operations and maintenance project commenced operations, with the IEPlat intelligent equipment maintenance platform delivered to customers. Revenue exceeded 10 million yuan, and the company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise.

2019

Established a company in Fuzhou and collaborated with the Fuzhou IoT Open Laboratory to jointly develop platform software. Launched the inaugural pilot project for equipment fault diagnosis and participated in drafting the national standard for predictive maintenance.

Research and development of early fault diagnosis technologies for electrical equipment such as transformers and switchgear, as well as mechanical equipment including reducers, fans, and hoists. Development and production of temperature-vibration-sound sensors and edge terminals (data collectors).

Collaborate with Professor Xu Dianguo's team at Harbin Institute of Technology to jointly research and develop early fault diagnosis technology for electric motors and their systems.

The company was founded in September 2016 and commissioned Professor Huang Shenghua's team at Huazhong University of Science and Technology to jointly research early fault diagnosis technologies for electric motors and their systems.
