The IEP7000-X series high-performance multi-channel edge intelligent terminal is compatible with various industrial sensors, collecting different types of signals such as vibration displacement, velocity, acceleration, rotational speed, temperature, dynamic pressure, and process parameters of equipment operation. It processes signals and extracts features at the equipment edge, embedding intelligent diagnostic algorithms. The computed feature data and dynamic raw data are transmitted to the enterprise cloud platform or data center for equipment condition monitoring, intelligent early warning, intelligent diagnosis, and life prediction of large units such as vertical mills, rolling mills, roller presses, reciprocating compressors, diesel generators, and turbo compressors.

· Modular design, 8/16/24-channel IEPE temperature and vibration integrated or eddy current displacement sensors;
· 24Bit ADC, high-speed synchronous sampling, with a sampling rate up to 102.4K;
· Two Ethernet interfaces, one connected to the server, the other to PLC or DCS, eliminating the need for Profinet or EtherCAT gateway conversion;
· Two channels of high-fidelity audio noise sampling, 24bit high signal-to-noise ratio ADC to restore on-site noise;
· Supports eddy current displacement sensors, 4 channels of speed correlation, with order analysis function;
· EMC level 4, suitable for harsh field environments;
· Multiple communication modes including WIFI/4G/5G/Ethernet/Fiber/Zigbee;
· Supports access to variables such as stress and strain, oil and fluid quality;
· Powerful octa-core high-performance ARM processor, large-capacity FPGA programmable logic controller, ensuring real-time monitoring requirements.
