Release time:2026-04-29
On the morning of April 28, as torrential rain poured down, graduating undergraduates from the School of Information Engineering at Wuhan Institute of Technology braved the downpour to attend a special recruitment briefing hosted exclusively for them by Wuhan Zhongyun Kangchong Technology Co., Ltd., thus embarking on their journey to pursue career aspirations.

Wuhan Zhongyun Kangchong Technology is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the full lifecycle management and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment. This information session was aimed at the Class of 2026 graduates of the School of Information Engineering at Wuhan Institute of Technology. The school’s current graduating class comprises 703 students, spanning five major disciplines—including Software Engineering and Intelligent Science and Technology—whose expertise aligns closely with the company’s business needs, thereby laying a solid foundation for university–enterprise collaboration.
Ning Guoyun, General Manager of the company, attended the event in person and, drawing on his extensive industry experience, provided career-planning guidance to students and addressed their questions about “how to choose their first job.” Chen Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of Information Engineering at Wuhan Institute, was also present and held in-depth discussions with company representatives on matters such as interview arrangements, student internships, and strategic cooperation between the university and the enterprise, thereby clarifying the direction for collaborative talent development.

During the presentation session, Yang Yifan, a Wuhan College alumnus and pre-sales engineer at the company, outlined the product portfolio, technical advantages, and job requirements for pre-sales roles; Hou Dengxia, another alumnus of the same institution, shared the competencies needed for fault-diagnosis positions and her insights on career development; and Zhang Linhai presented real-world case studies on large-model applications and algorithm deployment, igniting the students’ enthusiasm.

During the sharing and exchange session, Zhu Zhenyu, a company intern, shared his internship insights and daily team life, helping students alleviate their workplace anxiety. Meanwhile, the HR specialist patiently addressed questions about compensation and benefits, career advancement pathways, and other related topics, enabling students to develop clear expectations for their professional development.

Subsequently, guided by company staff, the students toured the digital exhibition hall, the PHM platform, and the hands-on training area, gaining a firsthand understanding of the application scenarios for core technologies and deepening their awareness of industry trends and how well their respective majors align with these developments.

During the interview session, students responded with composure, demonstrating a solid foundation in their respective fields; meanwhile, the interviewers conducted thorough assessments and provided career-planning guidance, thereby achieving precise, two-way alignment between the university and the enterprise.

This information session not only broadened talent-recruitment channels for enterprises but also helped college graduates secure high-quality employment, thereby strengthening the ties between universities and businesses. At the conclusion of the event, participating companies presented commemorative gifts to the students, followed by a group photo, marking the successful close of the session.

The students stated that this event not only provided them with insights into the company’s strengths but also equipped them with valuable job-hunting experience and guidance on career development. Moving forward, Zhongyun Kangchong will further deepen its collaboration with universities to establish a talent-development platform, while Wuhan Institute of Technology will continue to promote industry–education integration, thereby ensuring smooth employment for its graduates.
