Precisely Identifying Gear Abnormality Risks: Zhongyun Platform Successfully Issues Early Warning of Roller Press Gear Failure

Recently, a large cement enterprise experienced abnormal vibration in a key piece of equipment—the roller press—during operation. In late February 2026, the platform detected that the vibration acceleration at the horizontal measurement point on the high-speed shaft of the roller press’s drive reducer had steadily increased from 50 m/s² to 100 m/s², far exceeding the safety threshold. This triggered a system alert and simultaneously generated a diagnostic conclusion of “gear wear.” The alarm message clearly indicated the equipment, department, severity level, and timestamp, and was automatically forwarded to the operations and maintenance team, enabling early detection of latent faults and providing clear guidance for subsequent corrective actions.
