I. Vibration continues to worsen; the platform is monitoring the situation throughout.

In early May 2026, the platform detected that the vertical vibration velocity at the drive end of the air-conditioning motor remained persistently high, with peak values in the horizontal direction reaching 28.118 mm/s—far exceeding the safety threshold—triggering a system alert and simultaneously issuing a diagnostic conclusion of “belt wear and looseness.” The system automatically dispatched equipment information, sensor locations,超标数据, and relevant time stamps, ensuring that potential hazards remain under continuous monitoring.

II. Diagnosis: Belt aging and loosening

Based on the equipment’s rotational speed and vibration characteristics, the diagnostic team determined that there is a loosening fault at both the motor and the fan drive ends, with belt slackness and wear being the most likely causes.
