Device Management, a mobile device maintenance management platform tool built for maintenance personnel. It provides you with a convenient and intelligent device management solution, allowing you to view real-time device data and status, receive alerts, and process work orders anytime, anywhere.
I. Installation Guide
Currently, we only support installation on Android phones; Apple phones are not yet supported.
Open your mobile browser and scan the QR code. After successful scanning, the browser will automatically jump to the download page. Click the "Download" button.

After downloading, locate the downloaded installation package. Usually, the installation package is saved in the "Downloads" folder or in the browser's built-in download manager.
Click the installation package, and the phone will pop up an installation prompt box. Please carefully read the installation permission requirements, and after confirming that they are correct, click the "Install" button.
During the installation process, please do not perform other operations to avoid affecting the installation process. The phone will give a prompt after the installation is complete.




After installation, find the Zhongyun Technology Device Management APP icon on the phone desktop and click to open it. When opening the APP for the first time, you may need to enter your account and password to log in.



Note: Configure the API request address, Clicking the title [Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform] will display the configuration bar below. For cloud-deployed projects, directly clicking [Huawei Cloud] or [Alibaba Cloud] can directly switch to our company's cloud backend server. For locally deployed projects, manually enter the local or cloud server address + port of the project in the input box. After clicking OK to modify, you can also quickly modify by scanning the API address QR code configured on the PC. All configuration operations will take effect after the prompt "API request address modification successful".
II. Usage Tutorial
1. Homepage


The homepage includes: filtering, device alarm analysis (device status, alarm statistics, alarm ranking, alarm frequency in the last month), and recent alarms.
- Regional Filter Bar

Click the [Filter] button in the upper right corner of the homepage to pop up the filter box. In the filter box, you can select the organizational structure. When selecting any level of the structure, you can filter out all devices and alarm data under this level through the hierarchy.
Clicking [Switch Perspective] can switch whether the below [Device Alarm Analysis] uses the factory perspective or the regional perspective for statistical analysis.
- Device Alarm Analysis




Device Status: You can view the total number of all devices and the proportion of normal, general, medium, and severe device statuses in the device status card.
Alarm Statistics: You can view the total number of alarms and the proportion of general, medium, and severe alarm levels in the alarm statistics card.
Alarm Ranking: You can view the alarm count ranking of all devices in the alarm ranking card.
Alarm Frequency in the Last Month: You can view the trend of the number of alarms on days with alarms in the last month in the alarm frequency card for the last month.
- Recent Alarms

Recent Alarms: The recent alarms card displays brief information about the latest alarms, including the device name, alarm content, alarm level, whether a work order has been generated, etc. Clicking the [View More] button in the upper right corner will jump to the alarm page.
Device Diagnostic Graphic Display: In the list of recent alarm cards, clicking each item in the list will jump to the waveform analysis of this alarm.
- Device List
2.1 Device List


Device List: The device list displays all devices under the current filter conditions. Each item displays data such as the device name, company name, alarm level, and operating days.
Filtering: On the device list page, click the factory name at the top to pop up the filter box. In the search box, you can enter the region name to find all regions under the factory and click to switch.
2.2 Device Details Page

Device Details: Clicking each item on the device list page will jump to the device details page. The device details page displays the device's basic information, device image information, and monitoring point data.
Device Basic Information: Includes device number, device type, number of alarms, number of monitoring points, factory, and workshop. Clicking the lifecycle will display the device's operating details.
Device Image Information: Includes a 2.5D diagram of the device and the location of the measuring points on the device. You can click the measuring point to directly jump to the corresponding measuring point information height, and click the arrow in the lower right corner to return to the top.
Monitoring Point Data : Includes the measuring point address status and various real-time detection information sent via MQTT. Clicking [View] will jump to the monitoring point data waveform analysis page of the measuring point.

Filtering: On the device list page, click the device name at the top to pop up the filter box. In the search box, you can enter the device name to find all devices under the region and click to switch.

2.3 Monitoring Point Data Waveform Analysis

On the graphic display page, you can view [Measuring Point Details], [Characteristic Value Analysis], and [Waveform Spectrum Analysis].
Measuring Point Details: Clicking to view details will pop up the measuring point details bar, allowing you to view the measuring point details and click to jump to the device lifecycle interface.

Characteristic Value Analysis:
Clicking the date search box will pop up the date selection box. After selecting the time period, click the confirm button, and the background will query and return data based on the time period.
Clicking the value type box will pop up the type selection box. Click to select an item type in the selection box, and the chart will load the chart data of the currently selected type from the background.


Waveform Spectrum Analysis:
First, click the time period filter box and select a time period. After confirmation, the monitoring points below will request the backend to load the data for each time point within this time period and display the "Total Speed Chart".
Then, select a time point in the point data, and the chart will display all the data for that point.
You can also select the data of a specific axis in the axial filter box for display.

Waveform Spectrum Envelope Analysis:
A waveform, spectrum, and envelope graph of a time point will be displayed. Long-pressing the graph will display it full-screen horizontally. Clicking the switch icon in the upper right corner will return to the previous page.


2.4 Device Life Cycle


Displays the basic information and health of the device. The health score is calculated daily based on the device's various data, with a full score of 100.
- Alerts
3.1 Alert Management


Alert Display: Mainly displays the alert status, frequency, and time based on the device.
Operation: Click the "View Details" button to view the alert list under this device. Clicking "Waveform Analysis" will jump to the "3.3 Monitoring Point Data Graph Display Details" page for this alert device. Specific page operations can jump to 3.3 for viewing.
Clicking the "Generate Work Order" button will pop up a form page. Select the recipient in the recipient field and fill in the work order title and content. Clicking the "Submit" button will submit a work order.

Clicking the "Clear Alerts" button will clear all alerts under this device.

Filtering: Clicking the arrow will expand the search bar, allowing you to add the required filter conditions. These are divided into selection filtering, time filtering, area filtering, and text filtering. After modifying the filter conditions, a search will be automatically performed.
3.2 Work Order Management

Work Order Display: Displays data for all generated work orders. This includes device name, level, title, content, alert source, alert time, sender, whether processed, processor, and creation time.
Operation: Clicking the "Process Work Order" button will pop up a form box for processing the work order. After filling in the processing content, clicking the submit button will submit the processed work order.
Clicking the "Delete Work Order" button will delete this work order record.

User Information Display: Displays the user's avatar, nickname, account, role, and login time.
Recent Notifications: Displays the number of new, unprocessed notifications within one day. When receiving device alert notifications that reach the alert level, a message prompt will pop up in the middle of the screen. Click to enter recent notifications.
Diagnostic Report: Diagnostic report issued by Zhongyun Technology Remote Diagnosis Center vibration analysts.
Self-Diagnosis Records: Intelligent Diagnosis System-issued self-diagnosis records.
4.1 Diagnostic Report


Diagnostic Report Display: Displays the diagnostic report's title, compiler, diagnostic conclusion, report status, creation time, and report preview. Reports are categorized as manually generated and system-generated.
Report Preview: Clicking the blue report title allows you to preview the report's PDF file.
4.2 Self-Diagnosis Records


Diagnostic Report Display: Displays diagnostic records for each factory, including factory name, total number of measuring points, number of abnormal measuring points, and the latest abnormal time.
View Details: View specific diagnostic records for a single factory.
4.3 Recent Notifications

Recent Notifications Display: Displays the notification content, processing status, and sending time of the notification.
View Details: View the waveform analysis of this alert notification.
Alert Notification: When there is a new alert notification, a notification message prompt will pop up on the screen.
