Strong Partnership: ICC and Anhui Zhiyuan Intelligence Sign a Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On the morning of September 23, Anhui Zhiyuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. paid a visit to Wuhan Zhongyun Kangchong Technology Co., Ltd. The two parties formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement to engage in in-depth collaborative efforts in the field of predictive maintenance for the semiconductor industry.
Since the beginning of this year, Zhongyun Kangchong has continued to expand its industrial partnerships. Following strategic collaborations with Hikvision and MCC South, it has once again joined forces with industry partners to further strengthen and refine its ecosystem for intelligent semiconductor operations and maintenance.
Under the terms of the agreement, the two parties will leverage their respective technological strengths to jointly develop domestic and international markets in the semiconductor predictive maintenance sector. Specifically, Zhongyun Kangchong will take the lead in predictive maintenance for facility‑level equipment, covering areas such as equipment operation and maintenance systems, energy efficiency management, inspection robots, and FDC; while Anhui Zhiyuan Intelligence will focus on predictive maintenance for process‑equipment, with other business lines to be allocated through collaborative discussions that capitalize on each party’s strengths. In addition, the two companies will jointly advance key projects in Hong Kong, with Zhongyun Kangchong spearheading project initiation and coordinating project exchanges, materials preparation, and resource alignment.
This collaboration leverages the complementary predictive maintenance capabilities of plant‑level equipment and process‑control systems, seamlessly integrating end-to-end operational support across semiconductor fabs. Moving forward, both parties will adhere to the principles of integrity and mutual benefit, establish a regular coordination mechanism, and fully align their technological and market resources. Together, they will deliver more comprehensive predictive maintenance solutions for the semiconductor industry, driving the intelligent transformation of semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
