Wuhan Zhongyun Kangchong Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongyun Technology"), a member of the Wuhan Internet of Things Industry Association, successfully advanced to the national top 10 with its "High-end Equipment Intelligent Maintenance System" project. The system is based on "state awareness" -  Smart Diagnosis -  Precise planning -  "Efficient execution" serves as the core logic, integrating multi-dimensional technological capabilities:

• In the "Condition Monitoring" phase, by deploying a sensor network tailored for high-end equipment, we collect real-time data on key parameters such as equipment operating conditions and environmental factors, thereby establishing a comprehensive equipment condition database.
• At the "fault diagnosis" level, relying on AI The algorithm performs deep analysis on massive amounts of data, accurately identifying potential equipment failure risks and enabling a shift from "passive maintenance" to "proactive early warning."
• During the "Maintenance Planning" phase, the system automatically generates a digital maintenance plan by integrating equipment health assessment results, maintenance guidelines, personnel work hours, and other relevant information, while simultaneously optimizing the intelligent scheduling of spare parts preparation, tool allocation, and workforce deployment.
• In "Total Lifecycle Cost Control," features such as lifespan prediction and maintenance cost calculation help enterprises optimize their operational and maintenance investments, maximizing the value of equipment utilization.

At the finals venue, Ningguo Yun's General Manager comprehensively showcased the system's innovative value to the judges and investor groups, covering dimensions such as technical barriers of the project, real-world application case studies, and market development prospects. After a comprehensive scoring by the investor panel, Zhongyun Technology successfully clinched the "Most Influential IoT Project" award, thanks to the project's technological innovation, practical feasibility, and strong market potential—and was also ranked prominently on the project score list released concurrently. 80.17  Ranking second nationwide, only behind projects in the automotive-grade chip sector, this clearly demonstrates the industry's high level of recognition for the project.
