The SL2001-1 Wen Zhensheng three-in-one intelligent wired sensor integrates a triaxial vibration sensing accelerometer, a capacitive electret microphone, and a PT100 platinum resistor. It can accurately, quickly, and continuously detect the X, Y, and Z-axis vibration, sound, and temperature signals of equipment. After anti-aliasing filtering, it outputs the voltage amplitude of the corresponding signals. It connects to the acquisition terminal via an IP65-rated aviation connector and is widely used in industrial equipment condition monitoring, fault prediction, and fault diagnosis in industrial area A. It can precisely diagnose early failures of mechanical equipment such as bearings and gearboxes.
