Talent as the Foundation
Talent is the foundation of development. Without talent, there is no development; without talent, technology cannot advance. Relying on technological innovation to drive talent development allows enterprises to progress and develop better. In 2023, the company invested heavily in talent development. Continuously recruiting both senior and new employees, we established a complete talent development system, including learning, training, practice, assessment, and selection... Adhering to "simultaneous professional and comprehensive training," we built a company talent pipeline.

Innovative Development

Technology and products are the cornerstones of a company's development. Product innovation requires solid, step-by-step progress, starting with small changes. Micro-innovation revitalizes old products.

To provide a better user experience and more detailed analysis reports, Zhongyun Technology has implemented a series of upgrades and innovations to the intelligent equipment management platform, launching the V2.0 new generation IEPlat Tengyun - Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform. Building an intelligent operation and maintenance platform, establishing two systems for data standards and fault prediction, and achieving three characteristics of data: uniqueness, accuracy, and shareability.

The communication methods of sensors have become more diverse, giving customers more choices, expanding applications in more industries, and gaining deeper experience from case studies. Annual production capacity reaches 100,000 units, providing intelligent operation and maintenance solutions for various industries.

Pioneering and Forging Ahead

This year, Zhongyun Technology has made its presence felt in more fields, delving into the petroleum, petrochemical, iron and steel, and energy industries, continuously expanding the "base" of intelligent operation and maintenance solutions. We participated in over 40 large-scale exhibitions, exchanging ideas and collaborating with partners, accelerating on the fast track of digital transformation and upgrading.

Our footprints are across the country. We discussed intelligent operation and maintenance of industrial equipment in Shijiazhuang, discussed the intelligent construction process of equipment with cement and building materials enterprises in Changsha, and shared experience in intelligent mining and coal mine intelligent technology and equipment innovation development in Yinchuan...

Reaching New Heights

In September this year, we reached a technological cooperation agreement with Professor Lei Yaguo's team at Xi'an Jiaotong University. Zhongyun Technology's predictive maintenance technology has been upgraded, and the intelligent operation and maintenance system has achieved innovative breakthroughs. Our goals remain unchanged, our standards remain high, and our efforts remain undiminished as we strive to promote digital transformation and upgrading!

Leisure and Ease

In our spare time, we engaged in various cultural activities, creating many unforgettable moments. The cherry blossoms in April, the gardenias in June, and the osmanthus in October—beautiful blooms leaving behind fragrant memories.

We "had fun" in the summer, enjoying the scenery of Zhanggong Mountain, laughing and sweating together;

Monthly birthday parties, sharing sweet cakes and blessings, bringing hearts closer;

We listened to "Luo Sha Hai Shi" together, discussing everything from poetry and literature to the philosophy of life, from social development to corporate construction;

During the Winter Solstice, the Zhongyun family gathered together to eat dumplings, feeling the warmth of the season...

A continuous flow forms a river. Constant effort leads to success.

2023, years transformed into poetry and song, time fleeting like sand through fingers. Zhongyun Technology and its partners have worked side-by-side, rapidly advancing on the fast track of digital transformation and upgrading, creating countless glories. We bravely forge ahead, transforming traditional operation and maintenance into intelligent manufacturing, overcoming seemingly insurmountable challenges, our sweat watering the earth, our passion igniting the future. Vast is the ocean, boundless the horizon. The future is vast, the days are long.

2024, further technological accumulation, market feedback kept in mind. Gathering the power of deep accumulation in the riverbed of time, Zhongyun Technology grows with the times and society!
