Broadband Temperature and Vibration Integrated Intelligent Wireless Sensor


The SW2200-X series temperature and vibration integrated intelligent wireless sensor combines sensor data collection, edge processing, and LoRa wireless communication functions. The product is equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery, a three-axis vibration sensing accelerometer, and a PT100 platinum resistance thermometer, enabling high-precision, rapid, and continuous detection of four status signals: three-axis vibration and temperature of the equipment. It features embedded intelligent diagnostic algorithms and can be widely applied in industrial AI fields such as industrial equipment condition monitoring, fault prediction, and fault diagnosis. It can precisely diagnose early faults in rotating machinery such as bearings and gearboxes.
