The SW2000-1 series integrated temperature and vibration intelligent wireless sensor integrates sensor acquisition, edge processing, and NB-IoT wireless communication functions. The product has a built-in large-capacity lithium-ion battery, a three-axis vibration sensing accelerometer, and a PT100 platinum resistance thermometer. It can accurately, quickly, and continuously detect four types of status signals: three-axis vibration and temperature of the equipment. It has a built-in intelligent diagnostic algorithm and can be widely used in industrial equipment status monitoring, fault prediction, and fault diagnosis in industrial AI fields. It can precisely diagnose early failures of rotating machinery such as bearings and gearboxes.
