Broadband Temperature and Vibration Integrated Intelligent Wireless Sensor


The SW2000-X series temperature and vibration integrated intelligent wireless sensor combines sensor data collection, edge processing, and NB-IoT wireless communication functions into one. The product is equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery, a three-axis vibration sensing accelerometer, and a PT100 platinum resistance thermometer. It can accurately, quickly, and continuously detect four types of status signals: three-axis vibration and temperature of the equipment. Embedded with intelligent diagnostic algorithms, it can be widely used in industrial AI fields such as industrial equipment condition monitoring, fault prediction, and fault diagnosis, enabling precise diagnosis of early faults in rotating machinery such as bearings and gearboxes.
